Solar Thermal

There are millions of people that are now using the Solar Thermal Energy because of its good performance in harnessing the natural heat of the sun.

There are three classified collectors in solar thermal: low, medium and high temperature. Using the flat plates is generally for swimming pools by its low temperature collector.  Heating water or Air for residential and commercial use is also using flat plates but it was in a medium collector temperature. Lastly is the high temperature that are using mirrors and lenses to concentrate sunlight and it’s generally used for electric power production. Photovoltaic, which converts solar energy directly into electricity, isn't as efficient as solar thermal, which generate electricity rather than heat.

These are the Three (3) different methods in using the Solar Thermal Technology.
• Solar home heating – that collects the energy to the sun to heat the water or air
• Used by large power efficiency to indirectly create electricity through focused solar heat energy.
• Passive solar- Combines Energy Efficiencies and the Architecture of a Building to regulate of solar energy that receives order to regulate its temperature.
