The Helpful Bookkeeper

The Helpful Bookkeeper is a small, sustainably run bookkeeping practice in Shoreham By Sea, near Brighton.

Our services include all aspects of bookkeeping and accounts preparation for sole traders, as well as individual tax returns, VAT returns and management reports.  We can look after your RTI payroll and much of the associated record keeping and compliance.

We use online cloud accounting packages such as Xero to enable us to work more efficiently and to be almost paperless.  Our practice is part run on solar energy, we use carbon neutral web hosting and recycled paper.  We refuse to work with environmentally or socially damaging businesses, targeting instead those that are green, positive and non-impactful on the environment, including Charities and non-profit organisations.

We can help you get in control of your business' finances, improve cash flow and efficiency, and deal with HMRC for you.
