A Fair Trading company committed to trading fairly and ethically whilst benefiting artisans and craftsmen around the world. SHARED EARTH was one of the first Fair Trade shops to open in the UK in York selling a small range of fair trade goods and recycled and sustainable products.
Fair Trade is a growing trend and the publics interest is part of a general concern amongst consumers about the ethical issues behinds the products they buy.
SHARED EARTH has a large and diverse product range which includes fashion jewellery, hand-carved wooden homeware and jute and cotton bags from India, handmade paper cards and photo albums from the Philippines and children's wooden stationary products from Indonesia.
