Epping Forest Burial Park

Epping Forest Burial Park is a 52-acre mature bluebell woodland, situated in North Weald, near Epping, and was officially opened in May 2008 by Kate Adie O.B.E. The woodland forms part of the remnants of the former Royal Forest and is situated on a gently sloping ridge of land at the northern end of the Gaynes Park Estate. With ample time for each service and full facilities for receptions, each funeral carried out here is unique and individual. Graves or ashes plots are selected by the family, or by individuals making arrangements for their own future funeral.

Our burial parks are all set in mature woodland, home to a broad variety of wildlife and woodland plants, reinforcing the concept of the renewal of life.We are totally committed to maintaining the parks as areas of natural beauty and enhancing the biodiversity of the woodland.
