We work co-operatively with local people, communities, businesses, educational bodies, local government and other organizations to encourage sustainable living in Dorset, so that Dorset contributes to a world that is fair and is able to support a good standard of life for all its people. We have also launched a new directory of sustainable businesses in Dorset

Many people long for a more natural lifestyle. Things you can trust: clean air, clean water, pure food, a healthy home, a safe community. A good place to bring up children.

We are working to help make all these things a reality in Dorset:

Raising public awareness and understanding about sustainability Supporting or initiating projects which demonstrate sustainability Influencing decision makers to take sustainability into account throughout their decision-making
